Inner Peace & A Lot of Sweat
I am absolutely in love with HOT YOGA!! I think that it is literally the best workout you can do. Its an hour and a half in about 105 or 106 degress just sweating the entire time. The whole class, if you are as out of shape as I am, you are just praying that you wont faint. You are literally fighting with your mind to continue, but afterwards you feel amazing like you can do anything and all of your muscles are stretched out. PLUS you loose about 3 pounds just by doing the class because you sweat so damn much.
My mom is absolutely obessed with all kinds of yoga and is pretty much a workout finatic, she is the one who introduced me to hot yoga. I used to not like going with her but recently something just clicked and now I want to go everyday. That is one of my new years resolutions, is to go more regularly to hot yoga or any yoga or even work out more because believe me I have been slackingggg!!!
I think everyone should try hot yoga at least twice because believe me, you might not like it the first time. If you can just let yourself relax and actually feel your body, you will enjoy it a lot more.
Just another little thing I've found in my life :)

ReplyDeleteI would love to try hot yoga. My new years resolution is to workout more. And lose a few pounds, because i've been kind of ~ehh lately haha. Plus i LOVE yoga, so hot Yoga sounds fabulous. I think i'll try it. (:
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! I've been wanting to do hot yoga too but I wanted to talk to someone who has done it before! You definitely made me consider doing it!
ReplyDeleteThey keep it hot with just a heater and humidifier I believe, not 100% sure but its not too complicated besides that their heating bill is probably enormous!! But its a great thing that I believe can change your life!!
